Logline: "Crowbar Smile" is a smart coming-of-age comedy set at an East Coast boarding school. The story deals with the lengths Nate - a perfectionistic 17-year-old - will go to to find the ideal woman, and with Nate's complex relationship with his father - the school's notorious womanizing soccer coach.

Writer's Biography: Jamie Mayer is a screenwriter/director living in Los Angeles. She has written both independent and studio projects, and has directed several short films and music videos. She attended the prestigious Sundance Writers' and Directors' Labs with her script, "Painless", and is working to make the film her feature directorial debut. She graduated magna cum laude with a degree in Visual Arts from Harvard University.
